Our friendly team of experienced, accredited and fully-insured Building Inspectors are licensed by the Victorian Building Authority to inspect and certify pool and spa safety barriers to ensure they meet Australian Standards®. We are also licensed to issue a Certificate of Pool and Spa Barrier Compliance to satisfy your local council requirements for compliance. To date we have inspected over 6,000 pools and spas.
We offer a fixed price service to help you obtain your Certificate of Pool and Spa Barrier Compliance, and our simple and easy process has been digitally optimised to get you certified as soon as possible, confirming your pool or spa safety barrier is safe. We issue certificates of compliance on the same day of inspection where applicable.
Where necessary, we are happy to help you identify practical, cost effective solutions for any repairs that may be required to bring your safety barrier up to scratch. We provide highly detailed reports for all inspections on the same day of service, outlining any issues identified, and written recommendations to rectify, as well as recommended tradespersons should you require any assistance.
Our talented team are all police checked, fully vaccinated, and are available to service both residential and commercial properties across all of Melbourne, Victoria. All of our Building Inspectors also hold current Working with Children Checks in addition to their professional qualifications.
